CIBO is situated on the Golden Mile and recently opened its doors to the public. Their emphasis is on fresh, contemporary Italian food beautifully presented in fresh authentic simplicity. With their open kitchen and contemporary deco this is really a place to add to the list.<\/p>\n
The ambience is bustling and happy yet laid back and smooth and the location is 5 minutes from the beach and central between Marbella town and Puerto Banus. Although CIBO is informal they pride themselves on outstanding customer service without being pushy or over the top.<\/p>\n
With gourmet products such as ham from San Daniele and truffled forest mushroom, talaggio and parsley bruschetta you will be lost in an Italian flavour sensation.\u00a0\u00a0 Flavoured oils are also served with fresh tomato, salt cod brandade and tapenades when you share the delicious bread tin.<\/p>\n
Another hit on the menu are the selection of stone baked pizzas, which are made with fresh homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella. Or you could try the CIBO special indoor charcoal grill serving chicken, lamb and the ultimate steak. If fish is your thing then you could go for the chargrilled lobster, sole or ocean fresh seabass with triple cooked chips\u2026..<\/p>\n
CIBO is best described as modern Italian with a contemporary twist but still has many of the classics on the menu making sure all tastes are catered for. This is one Italian you will definitely want to try.<\/p>\n
